“A close friend reached out to me to do cover art for his new single (Sweetest Water by Keith Buxton). At the same time, I had just purchased my first film camera and was excited to start shooting portraits. The single describes the feeling of being drawn to someone so much that their love is addictive and intoxicating—a feeling where you're forever left in a trance by your lover, and you don't want to leave or lose them.”

“I felt that the images should feel intimate, vulnerable, and dreamlike. For ideas of lighting, I looked at projector and silhouette photography.”

“You are extremely capable of executing your creative ideas. No matter your experience, your specific skill set, or your resources, you are capable of working hard to see your vision come to life.”
